The AP8250 is an antenna designed to operate on UHF (360-530 MHz), 2×5/8 wave with a center coil. It is made of chrome-plated brass, stainless steel, high-quality zamac, UV-protected polymer and high-deformation rubber resistant to ozone, weather and chemicals. It has a Whip (NMO) mount and can be installed on car roofs or physically similar locations whose flat metal area has a radius of at least 1/4 wave plus 5% at the frequency of interest. The base spring gives the assembly greater mechanical strength, providing a product with excellent cost-effectiveness.
