The AP4949 is a VHF 1/4 wave vertical mobile antenna operating from 166 to 174 MHz. It is made of high-quality zamac and UV-protected polymer, with a gold-plated center pin, a silicone washer to keep moisture out between connector and antenna, and an international-standard connection for easy mounting on supports with UHF connectors. It has a flexible whip coated with high-deformation rubber and excellent sealing, ensuring proper operation with greater range and better use of all communication system features.
