The AP20189 is a VHF antenna with a high-efficiency base coil and a sturdy build. It was designed to operate on the 2 meter band (132-174 MHz). It is made of stainless steel, high-quality zamac, chrome-plated brass and UV-protected polymer, with a gold-plated center pin, a silicone washer to keep moisture out between connector and antenna, and an international-standard connection for easy mounting on supports with UHF connectors.
