The AP3961 is an antenna designed to operate on UHF (450-470 MHz). It is made of chrome-plated brass and UV-protected polymer, resistant to ozone, weather and chemicals. It has a male TNC connector and can be attached directly to radios with a female TNC connector. The antenna cover gives the assembly greater mechanical strength, providing a product with excellent cost-effectiveness.
