The AP7249 is a VHF 2×5/8 base antenna, a vertical monopole with ground plane and a high-efficiency omnidirectional radiation pattern, with 8,15 dBi gain, designed to operate on the 2 meter band. This antenna is tuned to 220 MHz and is made to order. Built of high-quality aluminum, it has an external chrome-plated brass coil, with highly insulated connector junction points that prevent infiltration and provide excellent performance at high RF power.
